JM: When did you get started sewing and creating?

REBECCA: I have always had a creative mind and love anything that is aesthetically beautiful. My love for all things beautiful and custom boutique designs inspired me to begin designing and sewing clothing for our only princess. Subsequently, I began offering my designs to othersl I also design and create fantasy tutus and portrait gowns.

JM: When did you start selling your designs on eBay?

REBECCA:I actually starting selling my jewelry designs on eBay about three years ago. I have now branched out and offer my custom boutique clothing there as well. My designs can also be found on Etsy, as well as my website,

My designs are showcased locally through exclusive traveling trunk shows and holiday markets.

JM: Do you remember the first outfit you sold on eBay?

REBECCA: The first outfit I sold on eBay was a custom boutique appliquéd/hand-painted school spirit set that sold for $39.99! I was so excited that someone liked it other than myself. I ended up selling the same set four times. I was hooked!!!!

JM: How did come up with your name, Blondie & Co?

REBECCA:I chose CreamPuff*Couture because I thought it was fun, fresh and different, which is the basis behind my designs!

JM: Do you belong to any boutique group?

REBECCA: I belong to the design group, TheWillows. We are a small, talented group of amazing women with one common goal-to offer GORGEOUS, unique custom boutique designs of the highest quality. The thing I like most about belonging to a design group is that we are a melting pot of designing women who share many commonalities, but we bring so many different assets to our group.

JM: Do you have a favorite item to create?

REBECCA:I LOVE creating seasonal designs of any kind! Seasonal designs force me to constantly brainstorm about what I will create for the next holiday or season. Therefore, designing is a breeze because I always have a canvas in which I base my designs on! It’s just so much FUN!!! I become so excited when new fabric lines are introduced and cannot wait to start creating and designing!!

JM: If you could learn some new skills, what would they be?

REBECCA: I would love to learn to make some of the exquisite costume designs I’ve seen lately on eBay, the stunning ball-room type gowns that remind me of Gone with the Wind. Since I am a southern belle, I would love to be able to create costumes that represent my heritage and one of my favorite movies of all times.

JM: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?

REBECCA: Italy!!!!!!! My husband is Italian and I think it would be wonderful to tour Northern Italy with our children so they could explore their ancestry. Plus, Italy is just so beautiful with the architectural influences and the old world charm. And it’s just not fair that hubby has been twice!

JM: What other things do you enjoy besides sewing?

REBECCA:Watching football with my husband, enjoying family time, cooking and beading!

JM: Anything else you would like to add?

REBECCA: Thanks so very much for asking me to share a bit about myself and CreamPuff*couture. It was a lovely surprise and such a honor!
